For example, we have adjusters dedicated solely to marine cargo claims and others focused purely on claims associated with our financial lines products.

When a claim occurs, CNA’s ability to work with the insured and the broker transforms the claim handling process into a united effort to resolve the loss fairly. For first party claims our primary aim is to ensure that any interruption to our insured’s business is kept to an absolute minimum. For third party claims, our aim is to work with our insureds to manage these costs just as they manage any other part of their business.
