CNA’s offices are located in two places, the
headquarters of the European operation and the
claims management for the UK are at the
International House, 1st St Katharine’s Way,
whereas the centre of underwriting excellence
dedicated to brokers placing business in the
London insurance market is at Minster Court.
Nearby, we have a strong underwriting presence
on the 2nd Gallery at Lloyd’s, where we service
brokers operating in this important underwriting
centre. |

Regional operations
CNA is committed to providing the regional
markets with local service – that is,
underwriting and claims excellence based on
regional needs and delivered by staff with
regional experience, empowered to make quick and
informed business decisions. |

offices outside of the London branch. Manchester
centre cover the north. Administration and
finance for CNA in Europe are managed by our
Norwich office. We also have presence in
Ireland, with our office based in Dublin. |
